Q13：PayPal審查時(shí)的業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明怎么寫(xiě)？

PayPal審查是個(gè)非常繁瑣的過(guò)程，時(shí)間大概2周-2個(gè)月不等，具體PayPal審查流程請(qǐng)見(jiàn)《PayPal被審核，資金凍結(jié)，怎么辦？》。其中流程最后一項(xiàng)是讓我們提交業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明。

業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明非常重要，因?yàn)橹苯雨P(guān)系我們PayPal賬戶的保證金額度。

本文重點(diǎn)說(shuō)一下業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明的寫(xiě)作技巧，并內(nèi)附模板。

業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明重點(diǎn)

1. 業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明到底要寫(xiě)什么？

PayPal就是要通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明，了解你的business是一個(gè)什么樣的狀態(tài)，以及創(chuàng)始人對(duì)待這個(gè)business的態(tài)度 。

美國(guó)是一個(gè)誠(chéng)信社會(huì)。PayPal的原則也是通過(guò)創(chuàng)始人對(duì)business的態(tài)度以及業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模，判斷你是否有欺詐PayPal及其用戶的可能性。

所以業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明一定要寫(xiě)明：

• 我的業(yè)務(wù)是什么。把我對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的熟悉程度寫(xiě)的越詳細(xì)越好。如果實(shí)在不熟悉，自己去百度或者知乎。（舉例：我是做飾品的，我會(huì)寫(xiě)我們珠寶的設(shè)計(jì)理念，材質(zhì)如何挑選的，工藝是怎么樣的）
• 我的顧客是誰(shuí)。這個(gè)廣告投手應(yīng)該都很清楚，做一個(gè)詳細(xì)的客戶素描，包括國(guó)家、年齡、興趣標(biāo)簽等。
• 我的辦公地點(diǎn)在哪里。
• 我的團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模是多大。
• 我的庫(kù)存在哪里。
• 我的產(chǎn)品通過(guò)什么方式銷(xiāo)售。（FB、Google還是亞馬遜、Etsy等）
• 我的物流速度大概是怎么樣的
• 我未來(lái)6個(gè)月的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃是什么。每個(gè)月的月銷(xiāo)多少，增長(zhǎng)大致是什么樣的。
• 我做這個(gè)網(wǎng)站的理念是什么。我的想要給這個(gè)世界impact什么，我想要給我的客戶提供怎么樣的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。（這點(diǎn)非常重要）

2. 什么樣的業(yè)務(wù)是PayPal喜歡的？

一個(gè)小作坊

一個(gè)對(duì)待business非常認(rèn)真的創(chuàng)始人

一個(gè)想要給世界提供獨(dú)一無(wú)二價(jià)值的產(chǎn)品的公司

這也是之前一個(gè)朋友和我如何去申訴GMC，我覺(jué)得非常好，拿來(lái)做PP的業(yè)務(wù)說(shuō)明也非常適用。

首先，不要說(shuō)自己的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模有多大。因?yàn)闊o(wú)論有多大，對(duì)于PP來(lái)說(shuō)都是小business。就老老實(shí)實(shí)承認(rèn)自己是個(gè)小作坊，反而給PP的感覺(jué)是非常真誠(chéng)。

第二，一定要向PP說(shuō)明自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)理念。美國(guó)整體文化是尊重每個(gè)個(gè)體，每個(gè)人都是獨(dú)一無(wú)二的。你要讓PP感覺(jué)到你是非常認(rèn)真的對(duì)待這個(gè)business，而且非?？粗啬愕钠放?。這樣PP會(huì)相信你不愿意辜負(fù)每個(gè)客服，更不要提欺詐。

第三，要讓PP有種感覺(jué)，世界少如果少了你的業(yè)務(wù)或者產(chǎn)品，全世界的用戶都有損失。要有這種自信，我提供的就是獨(dú)一無(wú)二的服務(wù)。這樣PP會(huì)覺(jué)得如果對(duì)你限制太嚴(yán)格，是他們的損失。

Thanks for giving me a chance to introduce my business in detail.

I started my business in 2020-xx-xx. With the desire of bringing the best jewelry to the customers all over the world, I find the best designers and jewelry suppliers to provide the best products with low price.

My jewelry is all made of brass, plated with 18K gold or platinum. To make the jewelry colour retention more stable and longer, we use super-thick plating method, which means that the thinkness is more than 0.05 micron thickness, the same thickness of luxury jewelrybrand, such as Doir or Channel. 

And we inlaid all of our jewelry with AAA grade zircon by handmade, which really costs a lot of time and human resources to make one jewelry. At the same time it means that every jewelry of our brand is unique.

With registered trademark in US, we mainly sell products to (年齡) women in US, whose career are mainly xxx. They wear our jewelry in their daily life. Our jewelry is simple but very delicate, very suitable for office lady. And some collections are designed for banquet, match with  high-end evening dress. We hope that our jewelry help every lady look her best.

Our office is located in xxx (具體地址), which is our warehouse too. Until 2021 Jan, our team grow to 12 persons, including advertising optimizers, jewelry designer team, web operaters, photographer and art designer, supply chain manager, and logistics manager. Although we are a pretty small team, we are every effective, and can serve over 100 thousandes customers every month. 

Our new customer know us maily from FB ads, and some from their friends' recommendation. We spend about xxx amont of  advertising on FB to promote our brand. It means that the quality of our product is very good, making our custmers very satisfied.

We ship all of our product from our warehouse in China. We use Yanwen to ship our parcel, the best logistics in China. Generally it takes about 10-14 working days to deliver the parcel. But if epidemic happens, the shipping time may cost more.

In the future 6 months, we plan to sell (預(yù)估售賣(mài)數(shù)量) products every month. And spring is our sale season, our sale may be bigger than prediction.

Actually in the beginning, I just want to bring the best Chinese jewelry design and craft to the world. There are a lot of excellent designers in China, and a lot of top-quality suppliers in China. But few Chinese brands really appear the international stage. And with the time I spent in my business, I want to providenot only  a stage for the best Chinese designer and supplier, but also a jewelry box helping women in the world look the best. We find the best design, use the best material and craft, and sell the low price, nearly 1/10 price of the same level brand of US. We hope every lady can afford at least one piece of jewelry and enjoy her best time.
