亞馬遜賬號(hào)因ODR超標(biāo)被暫停

新手一枚,這幾天亞馬遜發(fā)來(lái)郵件,因?yàn)槲业腛DR超標(biāo)(2.04%),賬號(hào)被暫停:
”Recently, there have been some problems with your orders. Your order defect rate is higher than the goal of less than 1%. As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com.?
To sell on Amazon.com, please send us a plan that explains how you will address this problem.?
Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your listings and hold any funds in your account for up to 90 days.

我Cancellation是3.1%,Late Shipment也是3.1%。
ODR高是因?yàn)橛袔讉€(gè)買家開(kāi)az,說(shuō)沒(méi)收到貨,然后我沒(méi)及時(shí)處理,亞馬遜判他們贏;Cancellation還是跟這些人有關(guān),他們的收貨地址一樣,是同一個(gè)貨代地址。后來(lái)陸續(xù)還有訂單過(guò)來(lái),都是這個(gè)貨代的,我就很猶豫要不要發(fā)貨,怕又有az,最后干脆取消。
更離譜的是,本來(lái)沒(méi)什么,我去問(wèn)亞馬遜關(guān)于valid tracking rate的問(wèn)題后(覺(jué)得有些不對(duì)勁),亞馬遜卻直接封了我賬號(hào)。。。

因?yàn)槟闶切率?,賬號(hào)里面又有幾個(gè)az,ODR還不低,所以亞馬遜會(huì)仔細(xì)審查你的賬號(hào)。跟你問(wèn)問(wèn)題無(wú)關(guān),只是巧合而已

不要再取消訂單了;實(shí)在擔(dān)心的話就用signature confirmation(可以把這個(gè)方法寫到行動(dòng)計(jì)劃里)
還有cancellation rate和late shipment rate也要寫理由和解決方案,像這樣:
Dear Seller Performance Team,
Our account was suspended due to a high ODR rate.?
A) Reasons that caused a higher ODR rate than the target of <1%:
.........................................................(寫ODR高的原因)
Although not mentioned in the suspension email, we are deeply concerned of our high cancellation and late shipment rate as well.
............................................(后面寫兩個(gè)指標(biāo)高的原因)
B) Our plan of action to fix the problems:
We will use a signature confirmation on every order that goes to a freight forwarding location or if the order is of high value.(解決方案是用sig con) Moreover, we promise not to cancel any order whatever the reason maybe. (還有保證不取消訂單)
C) What we have done to prevent the problems from happening again in the future:
As we have started to include signature confirmation on every order to a freight forwarding address, we believe that it would prevent problems like this from happening in the future.
