我剛注冊(cè)的亞馬遜賣(mài)家賬號(hào)（沒(méi)刊登過(guò)產(chǎn)品）被暫停銷(xiāo)售，說(shuō)違反了listing政策？

這個(gè)賬號(hào)才注冊(cè)1周，亞馬遜就說(shuō)不符合listing政策，問(wèn)題是我都還沒(méi)刊登過(guò)商品吶？！
之前有個(gè)買(mǎi)家賬號(hào)，用了好幾年了，然后新賬號(hào)和這個(gè)舊賬號(hào)用的是同一張信用卡，但是舊賬號(hào)都只是用來(lái)購(gòu)物，沒(méi)有賣(mài)東西，難道是這個(gè)原因？
不然我去把其中1個(gè)，或者干脆2個(gè)賬號(hào)都關(guān)掉，再去創(chuàng)建1個(gè)新的？但是這樣做有用嗎？

樓主，把亞馬遜發(fā)的通知郵件po出來(lái)，里面應(yīng)該有提到原因
還有，確認(rèn)一下你的家人有沒(méi)有注冊(cè)過(guò)賣(mài)家賬號(hào)？如果他們的賬號(hào)跟你用的是同一張卡，或者說(shuō)賬戶跟你的有關(guān)聯(lián)（比如名字），都有可能產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題

應(yīng)該是亞馬遜搞錯(cuò)了吧？不然沒(méi)刊登過(guò)怎么可能違反listing政策？去跟seller performance反映
也有可能是你的IP、地址或用戶名跟某個(gè)被封的賬號(hào)很像，然后亞馬遜就搞混了，以為是那個(gè)人又開(kāi)了個(gè)新賬號(hào)。。
