pending order一直沒有進(jìn)展，亞馬遜都沒發(fā)郵件給我們，是因?yàn)槲覀冞w移了賬號(hào)的緣故嗎？

前段時(shí)間收到了亞馬遜發(fā)的郵件：
“Dear Seller,
We previously informed you that you can now migrate your Selling on Amazon account to the latest version of Selling on Amazon. Starting this summer, Amazon will be migrating all seller accounts from the previous version of Selling on Amazon to this updated version.
During the migration, your products will continue to remain buyable. After the migration, you will retain your ratings, reviews, feedback, listings, inventory, existing disbursement options, and category, product, brand registry, and ISBN approvals. After migration, you can also take advantage of the following additional features to grow your business on Amazon...”
然后我們就遷移了賬號(hào)。但是問題來了：我們有一個(gè)pending order到現(xiàn)在都沒有任何進(jìn)展（已經(jīng)5天了），以前亞馬遜都會(huì)發(fā)郵件說“Pending order/do not ship”，通知我們先別發(fā)貨，等買家選擇的支付方式獲得許可后再發(fā)貨?？墒沁@回我們都沒收到郵件。我在想是不是因?yàn)槲覀冞w移了賬號(hào)的緣故？你們覺得呢？

應(yīng)該是買家的賬號(hào)出了問題，他選擇的銀行卡沒有獲得亞馬遜的授權(quán)，跟你的賬號(hào)無關(guān)，所以應(yīng)該不是遷移賬號(hào)導(dǎo)致的
你再等等吧，等買家的付款問題解決之后再發(fā)貨

你不要太依賴于亞馬遜郵件了，他們發(fā)的郵件也不完全是靠譜的，你應(yīng)該多檢查你的賬號(hào)，注意一下有沒有什么重要的變化

我覺得是不是交易被取消的時(shí)候亞馬遜才會(huì)發(fā)郵件給你？如果買家是用echeck付款的，然后這個(gè)延遲的交易出現(xiàn)超時(shí)的情況；或者是買家的付款問題得到解決、交易完成的時(shí)候，亞馬遜應(yīng)該都會(huì)通知你吧
我都沒收到過關(guān)于pending order的郵件。反正你等亞馬遜確認(rèn)款項(xiàng)、把訂單狀態(tài)改為“Unshipped（未發(fā)貨）”之后你再發(fā)貨

我也是轉(zhuǎn)移賬號(hào)之后就都沒收到這類郵件了，去問亞馬遜的工作人員，他們說新版本的賬號(hào)一般不會(huì)收到這類郵件：
“As of now Amazon does not send any "do not ship" mail in this platform but I would like to inform you that you will receive a "sold ship now" mail when the payment is received and order is confirmed.”
“現(xiàn)在亞馬遜不會(huì)發(fā)給賣家‘do not ship’的郵件，但是等到亞馬遜確認(rèn)款項(xiàng)、訂單生效之后賣家會(huì)收到亞馬遜發(fā)的‘sold ship now’郵件”

我們只是偶爾會(huì)收到“Do Not Ship”的郵件，所以我們每次都會(huì)去賣家頁面查看一下pending order的進(jìn)展。我想說你不要太關(guān)注亞馬遜有沒有發(fā)給你郵件了，還是關(guān)注賬號(hào)的情況來得穩(wěn)妥一些

樓主，以后你一定要注意，不要一收到“Do Not Ship”的郵件就去發(fā)貨，要以賬號(hào)里面關(guān)于pending order的消息為準(zhǔn)。
