亞馬遜新賬號刷單過猛被封,跪求申訴建議
亞馬遜新賬號,產(chǎn)品發(fā)FBA,不來計劃好分幾天刷那么幾單,但是一不小心在幾個小時內(nèi)把幾單都刷了,然后就收到亞馬遜封號的郵件:
Hello, You have used the Amazon Payments system to create transactions between related accounts. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site. Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com. If you want to appeal this decision, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central?

正常申訴流程:
登錄賣家賬戶后臺,點擊Performance按鈕中的Performance Notifications,找到關(guān)于您銷售權(quán)限被移除的告知郵件,打開郵件,點擊Appeal的申訴按鈕,點擊Appeal decision按鈕,把您的補救行動計劃寫入,點擊Submit,把您申訴的內(nèi)容發(fā)給亞馬遜的Seller Performance進(jìn)行評估,Seller Performance會根據(jù)您提供的申訴內(nèi)容以及這次銷售權(quán)限被移除的嚴(yán)重程度來決定是否恢復(fù)您的亞馬遜賬戶賣家權(quán)限。
亞馬遜方面會在48小時內(nèi)給你回復(fù),期間賣家務(wù)必關(guān)注郵件提醒,可能會要求賣家繼續(xù)提供各種賬號恢復(fù)的資料。
