我的亞馬遜銷售權(quán)被移除,賬戶凍結(jié)

由于開始的侵權(quán)產(chǎn)品問題導(dǎo)致我歐洲站店鋪的銷售權(quán)被移除 ,然后賬戶又被凍結(jié)了,發(fā)了兩封郵件給亞馬遜,兩次回復(fù)我說不回復(fù)我的銷售權(quán),我這樣還有機會申訴成功嗎?
1.第一封:

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk.

已經(jīng)差不多10天了 我的店鋪一直都是賣家賬戶凍結(jié)狀態(tài),這樣還有機會申訴成功嗎?

如果是產(chǎn)品侵權(quán)問題,申訴的時候提供這些材料,可以幫你提高成功幾率1、進貨發(fā)票
近期90天內(nèi)的采購發(fā)票3張,發(fā)票上包含亞馬遜給你列出來有問題的幾款asin的產(chǎn)品,有供應(yīng)商的聯(lián)系信息:名稱、地址、電話等。發(fā)票最好用增值稅發(fā)票
如果沒有發(fā)票可以提供收據(jù) 、采購合同、提貨單、授權(quán)書等也需要近期90天內(nèi)的有供應(yīng)商的信息,這些單據(jù)上都要包含有亞馬遜給你列出來這幾款asin產(chǎn)品,進貨數(shù)量不能小于銷量。
2、你本身是有這個品牌xxx的授權(quán),提供授權(quán)書/商標(biāo)證書文件
3、提供供應(yīng)商的聯(lián)系信息:包含名稱、電話、地址、郵箱和網(wǎng)站。
