直播分析可以用來(lái)做什么?
1.靈活切換今日和歷史直播數(shù)據(jù)
支持商家在一個(gè)頁(yè)面內(nèi)根據(jù)時(shí)間篩選靈活查看今日與歷史的直播數(shù)據(jù),避免需要在兩個(gè)頁(yè)面分別查看今日和歷史數(shù)據(jù)的不方便,同時(shí)解決有時(shí)無(wú)法及時(shí)看到前一天直播數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,幫助商家復(fù)盤(pán)直播表現(xiàn)。
2.查看一段時(shí)間直播匯總數(shù)據(jù)或單場(chǎng)直播成交
支持商家查看單日/周/月或任意自定義時(shí)間段內(nèi)的直播匯總成交,也支持查看單場(chǎng)直播的數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn),并跳轉(zhuǎn)直播大屏。
3.查看所有合作達(dá)人任意周期內(nèi)的直播貢獻(xiàn)
按名稱(chēng)篩選聯(lián)盟合作或官方賬號(hào)可幫助商家查看一個(gè)達(dá)人在這段時(shí)間內(nèi)通過(guò)直播為店鋪的帶來(lái)的直播貢獻(xiàn),可通過(guò)下載不同達(dá)人的直播數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比出這段時(shí)間內(nèi)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的直播達(dá)人,也可直接通過(guò)對(duì)比單場(chǎng)直播表現(xiàn)了解達(dá)人的帶貨能力,以及和店鋪商品的匹配度。

展示所選時(shí)間周期內(nèi),所有官方和聯(lián)盟合作達(dá)人通過(guò)直播給店鋪帶來(lái)的成交金額、訂單數(shù)、交易人數(shù)、曝光-點(diǎn)擊轉(zhuǎn)化率(CTR)、點(diǎn)擊-下單轉(zhuǎn)化率(C_O)。
2.單場(chǎng)直播數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)
查看單場(chǎng)直播的成交、訂單、互動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)化和漲粉數(shù)據(jù),并支持導(dǎo)出下載。
3.合作達(dá)人直播表現(xiàn)
可查看合作的聯(lián)盟達(dá)人和自身的官方賬號(hào)在一段時(shí)間內(nèi)和單場(chǎng)直播的表現(xiàn)。

當(dāng)選擇【Today】查看今日數(shù)據(jù)時(shí):展示今日時(shí)間段內(nèi)店鋪通過(guò)直播產(chǎn)生的成交、交易、轉(zhuǎn)化數(shù)據(jù);
僅展示4個(gè)核心指標(biāo):

【2】查看歷史數(shù)據(jù):
當(dāng)選擇【近7天、近28天、自然日、自然周、自然月、自定義時(shí)間段】查看歷史數(shù)據(jù)時(shí):展示店鋪在所選時(shí)間段內(nèi)通過(guò)直播產(chǎn)生的直播數(shù)、成交、訂單、成交人數(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)化數(shù)據(jù);
展示8個(gè)核心指標(biāo):
Livestreams:The number of livestreams within the selected period;
Revenue-generating livestreams:The number of livestreams that resulted in revenue within the selected period;
Revenue:The cumulative amount paid for orders made from livestreams, including returns and refunds;
Unit Sales:The cumulative number of products sold from livestreams;
Buyers:The number of unique users who paid for orders made from livestreams. When you select the custom period;
C_O:orders / product clicks via livestream channel;
CTR(Click-through rate): The number of clicks on livestream products / the number of views of the livestream during the selected period, includes products in product lists and product cards;
Orders:The number of SKU orders created and paid by users from the livestream。
注意:當(dāng)一場(chǎng)直播跨越了多天,匯總直播僅包含該場(chǎng)直播在所選時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù):
例如:今天是5.10號(hào),一場(chǎng)直播在5.9開(kāi)始,在5.10結(jié)束:在5.9產(chǎn)生100美元成交,在5.10產(chǎn)生200美元成交,選擇時(shí)間為【今天】時(shí),成交金額展示數(shù)據(jù)為200美元。
2.單場(chǎng)直播列表//Live List
【1】查看今日直播場(chǎng)次數(shù)據(jù):
當(dāng)選擇【Today】查看今日數(shù)據(jù)時(shí):展示在今日內(nèi)產(chǎn)生過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)的直播,例如:
昨日開(kāi)始,今日結(jié)束的直播間;
昨日開(kāi)始,今日仍然沒(méi)有結(jié)束的直播間;
今日開(kāi)始,今日結(jié)束的直播間;
今日開(kāi)始,但今日沒(méi)有結(jié)束的直播間;
【2】查看歷史直播場(chǎng)次數(shù)據(jù):
當(dāng)選擇歷史某段時(shí)間數(shù)據(jù)時(shí),展示在該時(shí)間段內(nèi)開(kāi)始直播的直播間,例如:今天是5.10,選擇“過(guò)去7天”(5.3-5.9)
會(huì)展示的直播間:
5.3開(kāi)始直播,并在5.10或之前結(jié)束直播的直播間;
5.9開(kāi)始直播,并在5.9/5.10結(jié)束直播的直播間;
不展示的直播間:
5.2開(kāi)始直播,5.3或之后結(jié)束的直播間;
5.3號(hào)0點(diǎn)之前就結(jié)束的直播間;

Revenue:The cumulative amount paid for orders made from livestreams, including returns and refunds
Products:The cumulative number of products added to the livestream showcase
Different Products Sold:The number of products for which sales were generated from the livestream
Orders Created:The number of SKU orders created by users from the livestream
Orders Paid:The number of SKU orders created and paid by users from the livestream
Unit Sales:The cumulative number of products sold from livestreams
Buyers:The number of unique users who paid for orders made from livestreams. When you select the custom period
Average Price:The average price of the units sold, revenue / product sales
Viewers(total viewers):The number of unique viewers of the livestream
Views(watch pv):The number of views of the livestream
ACU:The average number of concurrent viewers per minute during the livestream
PCU:The peak number of concurrent viewers of the livestream
Avg. Viewing Duration:The average length of time each unique viewer watched the livestream
Comments:The cumulative number of times users left comments on the livestream
Shares:The cumulative number of times users shared the livestream
Likes:The cumulative number of times users liked the livestream
New followers:The number of times users clicked to follow the creator
Product impressions (product view):The number of impressions of all livestream products, including product list and product card impressions
Product clicks:The number of product clicks from the livestream, including product list and product card clicks
CTR(Click-through rate): The number of clicks on livestream products divided by the number of views of the livestream during the selected period, includes products in product lists and product cards

3.篩選單個(gè)達(dá)人直播間
【1】支持按照【官方、渠道、聯(lián)盟、全部】達(dá)人維度查看店鋪在所選時(shí)間內(nèi)的匯總直播數(shù)據(jù)和單場(chǎng)直播列表,例如:
選擇【聯(lián)盟】達(dá)人時(shí),匯總數(shù)據(jù)和直播列表明細(xì)展示的是該時(shí)間段內(nèi)全部合作聯(lián)盟達(dá)人的直播匯總和明細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)。
【2】搜索達(dá)人:
選擇【全部】時(shí),可在搜索框內(nèi)直接搜索想要查看的達(dá)人名稱(chēng);
選擇【官方】時(shí),搜索框內(nèi)僅支持查看一個(gè)官方達(dá)人;
選擇【渠道】時(shí),搜索框內(nèi)僅支持查看全部渠道達(dá)人;
選擇【聯(lián)盟】時(shí),搜索框內(nèi)支持搜索想要查看的聯(lián)盟達(dá)人名稱(chēng);
