亞馬遜什么樣的feedback可以被移除?
除了 含侮辱和色情詞語(yǔ),有郵箱電話以及名字。但是關(guān)于“只是針對(duì)一個(gè)產(chǎn)品的評(píng)分可能會(huì)刪掉,因?yàn)橘u家評(píng)分面對(duì)的是整個(gè)購(gòu)物體驗(yàn)過(guò)程。 ”有點(diǎn)不理解,評(píng)分里不是有三評(píng):準(zhǔn)時(shí)到達(dá),符合描述,賣家服務(wù)的 ‘是 否’。所以請(qǐng)問(wèn)客戶的文字里只是對(duì)產(chǎn)品的描述還是包含這個(gè)三評(píng)?

A、向亞馬遜申請(qǐng)幫忙移除差評(píng)Feedback
1. 評(píng)價(jià)中包含淫穢和猥褻的詞語(yǔ) 。The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
如: I finally receive the parcel from the stupid seller , shit quality , very disappointed.
2. 評(píng)價(jià)中包含了賣家私人信息,如郵箱,電話號(hào)碼 ,全名等。The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including e-mail addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
3.Feedback完全只針對(duì)產(chǎn)品,沒(méi)有提到賣家的服務(wù)。The entire feedback comment is a product review.
如:這件衣服跟我想象的顏色不一樣。
但如果評(píng)價(jià)到了賣家的服務(wù)就不可能移除, 如: 派送太慢了,而且衣服跟我想象的顏色不一樣。
4. FBA引起的物流問(wèn)題亞馬遜不會(huì)幫你將差評(píng)移除,但是會(huì)幫你將差評(píng)劃掉。The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon. Feedback reviewed and determined to be relating explicitly to fulfillment and customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon will not be removed, but a line will appear through the rating with the following statement.
然后寫(xiě)一行字: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.
5. 如果顧客在留評(píng)時(shí)arrive on time , item as described , customer service 這三項(xiàng)中都寫(xiě)的YES ,然后又留一個(gè)差評(píng)給你,像這種通常也可以發(fā)給CASE給亞馬遜要求移除。但是如果這三項(xiàng)有一項(xiàng)是NO的話,差評(píng)移除的幾率就很低了。
6. 如果顧客威脅我們說(shuō)不怎么怎么樣就給差評(píng),我們可以將這樣的話截圖直接交給亞馬遜處理。同時(shí)如果賣家向客戶提供一些好處讓客戶消除好評(píng),這種做法被亞馬遜查到了是會(huì)對(duì)賬戶有影響的, 情節(jié)嚴(yán)重話會(huì)導(dǎo)致賬戶被移除銷售權(quán)限的。
亞馬遜原文規(guī)定: You may request that a buyer remove feedback. However, you may not offer nor pay any incentive to a buyer for either providing or removing feedback。
7. 我們建議買家留差評(píng)后賣家積極主動(dòng)的和買家溝通,爭(zhēng)取和買家達(dá)成一致協(xié)議,讓他把差評(píng)移除。(留差評(píng)后60天內(nèi)買家可以移除該差評(píng))賣家向亞馬遜申請(qǐng)移除差評(píng)成功以后,亞馬遜是會(huì)郵件通知買家賣家雙方,而買家有權(quán)利再一次留評(píng)。為了避免激怒客戶建議過(guò)幾天再去申請(qǐng)差評(píng)移除。
