發(fā)貨到fc后兩個(gè)listing神奇消失，亞馬遜認(rèn)為我在賣危險(xiǎn)品？

我只是在manage inventory里選了“補(bǔ)充庫存”就這樣了。Support給的回復(fù)是：
"The reason that your listing is currently inactive is because our Product Compliance team has completed their review of the ASIN XXXXXXXXXX and they have concluded that this item is HAZMAT.
But rest assured as long as this product meet all other requirements, they can be fulfilled using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
This product is or is shipped with a small lithium battery. In order to comply with the current regulations, Amazon requires the following information:
Battery type
Battery watt hour (Wh) measurement
Packaging details (standalone, contained within, or packed with)
Battery weight
Please update the product detail page with this information or provide it by uploading an MSDS exemption sheet using the MSDS Upload Tool."
這款產(chǎn)品以前發(fā)過FBA都沒事，提交材料后，到現(xiàn)在都還沒收到回復(fù)。其中一個(gè)listing被限制、另一個(gè)listing就干脆找不到==

所以這種情況我是不是要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建移除訂單、把產(chǎn)品給召回來？

既然他說是危險(xiǎn)品，那不可能讓你創(chuàng)建移除訂單。我之前也像你這樣，產(chǎn)品好好的被說是危險(xiǎn)品。最后FBA是把它轉(zhuǎn)到一個(gè)特定的倉庫（里面都是放“危險(xiǎn)品”的），等產(chǎn)品賣完后，F(xiàn)BA那邊就不肯我們?cè)侔l(fā)過去了。。
亞馬遜審核材料還有處理庫存都需要時(shí)間，所以你只能耐心等
