店鋪因?yàn)榍謾?quán)被封。但郵件里沒說清楚,我不知道是哪個(gè)listing違規(guī)了?

這是我在Performance Notifications收到的郵件,除了這個(gè),沒別的了:
"We recently contacted you about your listings that may infringe the intellectual property rights of others. The listings we removed can be seen on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central. Because you continue to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com."
亞馬遜沒說是哪個(gè)listing侵權(quán),所以我不知道該怎么辦

好好檢查一下產(chǎn)品有沒有侵權(quán)的嫌疑,從外觀專利、商標(biāo)等方面入手。實(shí)在不懂,就開case問客服
直接向亞馬遜申訴,說你沒收到具體的通知,所以你不知道是哪個(gè)listing侵權(quán)了。然后把Performance Notifications截圖給他們看。說不定是他們搞錯(cuò)了呢?
