tracking顯示“已投遞”,但好幾個(gè)買(mǎi)家反映沒(méi)收到快遞?

這段時(shí)間不知道怎么了,有好幾個(gè)買(mǎi)家都是沒(méi)收到快遞,但是tracking都顯示“已投遞”。類(lèi)似這種情況要怎么處理啊?

我是碰到過(guò)3次買(mǎi)家開(kāi)INR claim,也是顯示已投遞。然后我給買(mǎi)家發(fā)郵件:

第一個(gè)網(wǎng)址是引導(dǎo)買(mǎi)家碰到這種情況時(shí)要怎么做。比如快遞有可能是家人簽收的,或者被放在門(mén)口,但是他沒(méi)發(fā)現(xiàn)。讓他再去確認(rèn)一下。如果還沒(méi)解決,就讓買(mǎi)家向客服反映。
