第一個網(wǎng)址是引導(dǎo)買家碰到這種情況時要怎么做。比如快遞有可能是家人簽收的,或者被放在門口,但是他沒發(fā)現(xiàn)。讓他再去確認(rèn)一下。如果還沒解決,就讓買家向客服反映。
