腦抽把價(jià)格標(biāo)錯(cuò)了,本來(lái)應(yīng)該是$125,標(biāo)成$25,立馬就有人下單==。我跟買(mǎi)家道歉,說(shuō)這是我的錯(cuò),我愿意全額退款,希望他能取消訂單。他拒絕,還開(kāi)az,說(shuō)Item not received,我一點(diǎn)都不想發(fā)貨,如果我去取消,然后給他退款,那我還是會(huì)輸?shù)鬭z的吧?

This claim has been opened on an order that has not been confirmed as shipped. The order has been cancelled, and the customer was never charged, there is nothing to refund or receive. So the case is unfounded and needs to be closed.

買(mǎi)家開(kāi)不是說(shuō)沒(méi)收到商品嗎?那你就加上一點(diǎn),因?yàn)橛唵卧诎l(fā)貨前被取消,所以買(mǎi)家不會(huì)被收費(fèi),當(dāng)然也不會(huì)收到商品
