我不小心標(biāo)錯(cuò)商品價(jià)格,讓買家取消訂單,卻被開az
腦抽把價(jià)格標(biāo)錯(cuò)了,本來應(yīng)該是$125,標(biāo)成$25,立馬就有人下單==。我跟買家道歉,說這是我的錯(cuò),我愿意全額退款,希望他能取消訂單。他拒絕,還開az,說Item not received,我一點(diǎn)都不想發(fā)貨,如果我去取消,然后給他退款,那我還是會(huì)輸?shù)鬭z的吧?

This claim has been opened on an order that has not been confirmed as shipped. The order has been cancelled, and the customer was never charged, there is nothing to refund or receive. So the case is unfounded and needs to be closed.

買家開不是說沒收到商品嗎?那你就加上一點(diǎn),因?yàn)橛唵卧诎l(fā)貨前被取消,所以買家不會(huì)被收費(fèi),當(dāng)然也不會(huì)收到商品
