8月收到侵權(quán)通知,現(xiàn)在11月亞馬遜移除了我的銷售權(quán)限。。。

8月份時(shí)亞馬遜發(fā)侵權(quán)通知,我寫了行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,結(jié)果現(xiàn)在11月份亞馬遜移除了我的銷售權(quán)限。。。覺得很奇怪,亞馬遜的反射弧這么長(zhǎng)嗎?如果行動(dòng)計(jì)劃不過關(guān),不是早該移除了?難道是搞錯(cuò)了?
附上我重新又寫了一次的plan of action:
Hello Amazon,
I understand that my selling privileges were suspended because of intellectual property violation.
Please note that the last violation of this sort was issued in August. Since then, we have ensured that each and every listing complies with Amazon policies.
Also please notice that the violation was regarding Apple Macbook Chargers. Following the violation I removed all the associated listings. Note the case where I confirmed with Amazon that I was no longer violating policies.
Following this incident I enacted the following policies:
1) Every listed item must match product description, pictures, and ID (UPC, ASIN, etc.)
2) Prior to purchasing a new item from a manufacturer, we review Amazon IP guidelines and confirm that it is indeed allowed to be sold on Amazon
3) A review of our listings every month to confirm that we adhere to Amazon policies.
We have adhered to these policies since August, and will continue to do so throughout our time at Amazon. If this suspension was due to a recent violation, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue. However please note that we have just reviewed our listings and found all of them to comply.

樓主,你有把侵權(quán)的listing整個(gè)都刪了嗎?就算listing狀態(tài)改成inactive也不行,一定要完全刪除

2. Once resolved, advise them to contact us at notice@amazon.ca to withdraw their complaint.
3. Refrain from listing items manufactured by this rights owner until you have resolved the concern.
What happens next
If the rights owner contacts us to withdraw their complaint, we will reinstate your listing on your behalf immediately.
Please remember that additional complaints about your listings may result in the removal of your Amazon selling privileges.
