看了下tracking,說(shuō)包裹未妥投:”Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)”(1個(gè)月前);無(wú)人認(rèn)領(lǐng),超過時(shí)間:”Unclaimed/Max Hold Time Expired”,然后快遞就退給我了。
接下來(lái)要怎樣?要收restocking fee么?

我以前就有個(gè)case輸了,到貨時(shí),買家看了下不想要,退回來(lái),我收restocking(20%),也不退運(yùn)費(fèi),他去開a-z,我輸了,害我的運(yùn)費(fèi)都差點(diǎn)不保。。
