客人在9月中旬下單,昨天說(shuō)要換貨,想回他信息,卻發(fā)送失敗:”We were unable to send some of the messages below to your customers because emails to their email addresses were bounced by their email service providers.”
看了下tracking,說(shuō)包裹未妥投:”Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)”(1個(gè)月前);無(wú)人認(rèn)領(lǐng),超過時(shí)間:”Unclaimed/Max Hold Time Expired”,然后快遞就退給我了。
接下來(lái)要怎樣?要收restocking fee么?
