買家贏了競標(biāo)，卻被ebay取消，說他不是ebay用戶。。。

他競標(biāo)成功的第二天，ebay就取消投標(biāo)，說他根本就沒注冊(cè)過ebay。這也太奇怪了，如果他不是ebay用戶，那他為什么還可以出價(jià)？
ebay的郵件：“We had to cancel bids for the buyer, xxxxx, because they aren't registered on eBay”
