有件FBA產(chǎn)品變成“unfulfillable”,原因是“Customer Damage”,請(qǐng)問(wèn)我能拿到賠償嗎?

上周收到一個(gè)退貨,是FBA的,現(xiàn)在它變成“unfulfillable”產(chǎn)品了,原因是“Damaged by Customer”(客戶損壞),我想問(wèn)下,亞馬遜會(huì)賠償我嗎?之前有個(gè)退貨是“damaged by the warehouse”,亞馬遜就有賠償,不知道這回有沒(méi)有。

你看一下要不要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建移除訂單(create a removal order)把產(chǎn)品召回,千萬(wàn)不要再讓它回到FBA倉(cāng)庫(kù)里,畢竟你不知道這件商品的condition是怎樣的,如果它被轉(zhuǎn)入另一個(gè)買家手里,很可能會(huì)出問(wèn)題。好好檢查一下吧

之前我們也收到了一些“customer damaged”的退貨,很多的condition都沒(méi)問(wèn)題,還是可以重新出售的(因?yàn)橛行┲皇前b壞了,產(chǎn)品還是完好的)

召回的話只能回到美國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)鼗蛘邍?guó)內(nèi)嘍?亞馬遜有沒(méi)有提供重新包裝的服務(wù)呀,我們的外包裝破了10多個(gè)呢
