去問seller support,他是這么回的:“Please note that for security reason, Amazon have stop reflecting the contact number of buyer on order details.”(出于對安全的考慮,在訂單詳情頁面將不再顯示買家的聯(lián)系電話)
然后我就問在哪里可以看到亞馬遜發(fā)的公告?
工作人員:“...I am sorry. We cannot disclose the policy currently.”(抱歉,我們暫時不能公開這項政策)
我收到的回復(fù)跟樓上的不一樣。seller support說:“We are experiencing a technical issue which may hide the buyer phone numbers from the orders tab. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes, Please be assured that the issue will be resolved within next few hours.”
把鍋甩給了“技術(shù)性問題”。。。
我的也不一樣:“You will find customer phone numbers at the bottom of the Ship to address when you view order details.?
If there is no phone number then that is because the buyer did not provide a suitable contact number. In such cases, you can reach out to the buyer using the buyer-seller messaging service.”
他說在收貨地址底部會有號碼,可是我看了,還是沒有。
