亞馬遜買(mǎi)家想換收貨地址，我已經(jīng)發(fā)貨了，要如何作出回應(yīng)？

跟他說(shuō)你很抱歉，貨已發(fā)出，一旦這件物品因?yàn)槭肇浀刂返膯?wèn)題被退到你手上，你會(huì)馬上把錢(qián)退給他

你只能把貨發(fā)到訂單頁(yè)面的那個(gè)地址。發(fā)到其他地址，要是出了什么事，亞馬遜是不會(huì)幫你解決的
直接跟買(mǎi)家說(shuō)：“Sorry, we have already shipped to the address Amazon provided us, and can not change it.”

你有及時(shí)把貨發(fā)到目的地，盡到賣(mài)家的責(zé)任，這樣就可以了。最佳的解決方案是，跟他說(shuō)你把貨發(fā)到了訂單頁(yè)面的那個(gè)地址，讓他自己想辦法到這個(gè)地址取貨

我希望亞馬遜不要讓我全額退款，因?yàn)槲矣谐鲞\(yùn)費(fèi)，還有其他七七八八的費(fèi)用。。。
剛剛這個(gè)人還耍賴說(shuō)自己根本就沒(méi)下單，這還有沒(méi)有天理了？

亞馬遜不會(huì)讓你全額退款，如果你是按著亞馬遜給你的地址發(fā)貨的，那你就安全了。
要是包裹沒(méi)有被投遞出去，你需要退錢(qián)，但是你可以不用退買(mǎi)家付的最初運(yùn)費(fèi)。。

這是郵件模板，拿去不謝：
“Dear Buyer,
Thank you for ordering from us on Amazon. Your new (item) (Serial) was shipped on (tracking) and was (will be) delivered to (Address) on (Date).
I heard that the wrong address was inadvertently used on the Amazon account, this was the address we received on the order and shipped it to. We are happy to follow Amazon policy and offer a return for refund for any reason. This is your authorization to return, and once received and refunded you can re-order the item.
If you can contact the person at the other address, the package can be sent back to us unopened by taking it to the post office and writing a "refused, return to sender". Or if the package has already been opened, please ask that it be securely re-packaged, and sent using the shipping label that is attached to this email, please affix the appropriate postage at the post office.
Once it has been received here in original condition, we will refund to your Amazon account as per Amazon policy, and you can reorder. Shipping and return shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.
As you may know, Amazon policy does not permit us as a seller from shipping to an address other than the one we receive on the order. Before you re-order, could you please go into your account settings and double check to make sure the address is perfect, including apartment or suite number and buzzer number if necessary for entry.
