亞馬遜買家拒收包裹,卻提交AZ claim,投訴說Item Not As Described(商品與描述不符)?
是這樣的,買家下單之后,我馬上就把東西寄出去了(這個(gè)包裹要求signature confirmation)。但是USPS的跟蹤信息顯示,這個(gè)買家拒絕簽收包裹。后來我就接到通知說買家申請(qǐng)了AZ,理由是“商品與描述不符,商品存在缺陷”。Really?他都沒簽收快遞,都沒打開包裹看過,怎么知道商品有問題?真的是hin無語,碰到這種claim應(yīng)該怎么處理比較好???

你現(xiàn)在趕緊去回應(yīng)這個(gè)claim,時(shí)間拖得太久的話,這個(gè)AZ會(huì)對(duì)你的評(píng)級(jí)產(chǎn)生影響,而且亞馬遜已經(jīng)在調(diào)查包裹的追蹤信息了,如果數(shù)據(jù)顯示它“未交付”,亞馬遜會(huì)自動(dòng)退錢給買家的。

- Seller promptly shipped via XXX on XXX with signature confirmation.
- Tracking (number) shows that the package was never signed for by buyer and is at the buyer's post office awaiting collection.
- Buyer filed A-Z on XXX claiming not as described and damaged, which cannot be true as buyer never received this purchase.
- Seller is perfectly willing to refund per Amazon policy just as soon as the package is returned by the post office.
- Please deny this claim because the buyer has made incorrect statements and the seller has followed all Amazon policies and is perfectly willing to refund upon return.

但是如果物品退回來的時(shí)候,像買家說的那樣,存在損壞的痕跡,那你就沒辦法收取restocking fee,也要把最初的運(yùn)費(fèi)退給買家
