因?yàn)橘I到的商品不是她想要的顏色,亞馬遜買家投訴“商品與描述不符”

有個(gè)買家買了我的一款灰玫瑰色的包包,她現(xiàn)在想退貨,理由是這個(gè)包包的顏色應(yīng)該是霓虹粉色的,而不是主頁(yè)描述的灰玫瑰色。我去查看了一下這個(gè)包包的圖片、標(biāo)題還有產(chǎn)品描述,確實(shí)說的是灰玫瑰色啊(雖然圖片看起來有點(diǎn)像淺粉)。我又去仔細(xì)看了一下她退貨請(qǐng)求,原來是她看到有個(gè)3年前買了這款包包的買家評(píng)論說它是霓虹粉色的,她就奇怪為什么包包不是這種顏色。其實(shí)那個(gè)買家以前不是在我這邊買的包包,不知道為什么他的評(píng)論就跑到我這邊來了,但是我沒辦法刪掉這條評(píng)論。我決定不出退貨的運(yùn)費(fèi),而且我要收退貨手續(xù)費(fèi),你們有什么好的建議嗎?

我已經(jīng)接受退貨了,這不是問題,問題是我擔(dān)心這個(gè)買家會(huì)認(rèn)為我的產(chǎn)品描述有誤,然后亞馬遜因?yàn)檫@個(gè)而處罰我,而且如果這個(gè)買家希望我付退貨的運(yùn)費(fèi),或是對(duì)手續(xù)費(fèi)不滿怎么辦?

如果買家和賣家有糾紛,亞馬遜是偏向買家這邊的,如果你不想收到 A-Z claim(可能會(huì)因此花錢),你就給買家出退貨運(yùn)費(fèi),然后等貨退回之后再退款給她

樓主你去向亞馬遜Seller Performance的人反映這件事。我猜有可能出現(xiàn)了ASIN碼被合并的情況,而不是按照每個(gè)顏色的不同ASIN碼顯示評(píng)論,然后其他賣家的買家評(píng)論就被合并過來了

哎,之前有個(gè)買家也是這樣。包包是棕色的,圖片顯示棕色的,產(chǎn)品描述寫的也是棕色,他非要說她看到的明明是藍(lán)色,然后買回家發(fā)現(xiàn)跟她的衣服不搭配,非要退貨。真是的,沒辦法,我們只能讓她退貨咯
