亞馬遜FBA賣(mài)家所有資金被預(yù)留，賬號(hào)可以正常售賣(mài)，接下來(lái)怎么辦？

我們2021年初經(jīng)歷過(guò)銷量暴漲，5月通過(guò)KYC ,期間到現(xiàn)在資金一直被預(yù)留，開(kāi)了無(wú)數(shù)case,然后回復(fù)：

We will send you an email when our review is complete. Until then, we may not reply to further emails about this issue.Sincerely, Seller Performance Team Amazon.co.uk

后臺(tái)績(jī)效都是健康的，也沒(méi)有收到任何需要申訴的郵件和入口，很多說(shuō)銷量激增引起審核，但是我們是FBA賣(mài)家，照理不會(huì)審核這么久，現(xiàn)在除了暫停賣(mài)貨，小號(hào)跟，還能做什么？
有遇到類似問(wèn)題的大神嗎，怎么解決。
